Mary N. Burket EWING-

Mary N. Burket, 59, of Ewing passed away Saturday at St. Mary Hospital, Langhorne, PA. Born in Wilkes-Barre, PA, she lived most of her life in Ewing Twp. Mrs. Burket was currently a home instructor with the Ewing Board of Education, where she worked for the past 15 years; the secretary at St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Ewing for eight years and worked in the library at the Children's Day School (formerly Lanning School) in Ewing. She was a graduate of Ewing High School and Trenton State College. Daughter of the late Vincent and Josephine Thomas Piccarreta, she is survived by her husband of 35 years, David C. Burket of Ewing; her daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer J. and Richard Goins of Chicago, IL; her grandson, Gabriel W. Goins; her brother and sister-in-law, Sam D. and Patricia A. Piccarreta of Mercerville, and also nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the First Assembly of God Church, 87 Route 31, Pennington, from 6-8 p.m. on Friday. A memorial service will begin at 8 p.m., followed by a reception at the church. Arrangements under the direction of the M. William Murphy Funeral Home, 935 Parkway Ave., Ewing. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name may be made to the American Cancer Society, Central NJ Region-Lawrenceville, 3076 Princeton Pike, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648.
